How to Register
Registering for ICE CUBE is very easy. First, print out the Registration Form for the club which you are registering with, avaliable for download below, and fill it out. Second, print out the Waiver Form and sign it. Once the registration form and waiver form are completed, take it to any ICE CUBE booth on campus before October 12 and our team members will process the registration. Don't forget the $100 deposit! Registration forms are also avaliable at booths on both campuses, and at CSA club office. CSA is in SUB Room 241C and booth is outside SUB, next to basement entrance. CSU will have booth outside AQ B9200. Be sure to come by and register early in order to get the Early Bird Deals.
